Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi – CEO Of Bradesco Bank

There has been a change in the organization of the Board of Directors of Bradesco Bank. According to Luis Carlos Trabuco Cappi, Bradesco’s President will no longer be on the Executive Board. In an interview, Louis Carlos Trabuco Cappi gave an outlined detail about the changes in leadership at Bradesco Bank.

Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi is the President and CEO of Bradesco, which is one of Brazil’s largest bank. He plays an intricate role in the every-day operations of the bank.

It has been a tradition at Bradesco that the person chosen for the position of President, will be selected from among their current employees of seven Vice-Presidents.

Lazaro Brandao resigned his position as Chairman of Bradesco Bank. His resignation was announced on Tuesday night by Bradesco Bank. Brandao worked at Bradesco for 27 years. Lazaro Brandao’s temporary successor will be Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi.

The resignation of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Lazaro Brandao did not come as a surprise. Everyone expected him to resign, but he resigned before the scheduled date. Even though Lazaro Brandao is resigning, he will still have a presence at the bank. He will continue his routine of showing up at the bank, which he has done since 1942. At the time of his resignation, Lazaro Brandao was 91 years old. Lazaro Brandao presented a letter of resignation where he thanked the shareholders, the customers, and the employees.

The next President will be chosen from the group of executives at Bradesco, Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi stated. When choosing the next president, they will choose the person with the best qualifications. Everyone is anticipating the naming of the next President, but there will be no surprise when that person is chosen.

In March, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Bradesco Bank will be held. There will be a Shareholders’ meeting followed by the meeting of the Board of Directors. Until a replacement President is chosen, Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi will carry out the duties of his office as well as those of Lazaro Brandao. Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi stressed more transparency regarding operations within Bradesco. After being the Director of Marketing Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi from 1992 to 1998 would be the Executive Director and President of the private pension division of Bradesco. By 1999 Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi would hold the title of Executive Vice President of Bradesco, and until 2005 he would be the Chief Executive, and finally appointed to president in 2003.
